Experience

Building and running real systems.

Since 2022 I've worked across three disciplines at once — writing the software, running the infrastructure it ships on, and keeping it secure. I own problems from the first idea to production, and have learned how systems actually survive contact with real users.

  • Built the product

Full-stack development end to end — frontend, backend, and the data in between, designed as one connected whole.

  • Ran the infrastructure

DevOps from deployment to monitoring — shipping features into production reliably and keeping them running as people relied on them every day.

  • Kept it secure

Treated security as part of the build, not an afterthought — hardening what we shipped against real-world risk.

Now I'm taking what I learned across development, operations, and security and offering it directly to the small businesses that need it most.

What I build

The right medium
for the real problem.

I don't lead with a technology stack. I start with what you're trying to accomplish and choose whatever makes the most sense — often simpler than you expect.

Websites & Web Apps

From landing pages to full platforms — built to convert, to last, and to be yours after I leave.

Internal Systems

Dashboards, tools, and workflows your team will actually use — designed around how you already think.

Automation

Remove the repetitive. Free your people for the work that actually needs a human behind it.

Hosting, Maintenance & Security

I keep it running — hosting, updates, backups, and security, every month. No vanishing after launch.

How I work

Simple commitments.
Kept every time.

  • It's not about me. I lead with your world, not my skill list.
  • You own everything — no lock-in, no jargon, plain language as we go.
  • I'm measured on your outcome, not on my cleverness.
  • Honest work, for honest businesses, only.
  • I build things you can still run after I'm gone.
You may have hired a developer who vanished halfway, overcharged, or left you with something only they could touch. That's exactly why I work this way — stated out loud, so it can't surprise either of us.

Why I care

The real reason I do this.

I want a shop owner to spend their evenings with family instead of fighting spreadsheets. Most small businesses already do good work — they just lose hours to clunky tools and lose customers who can't find them. I build the websites and tools that take that friction away, so you get more of the right customers and more of your time back. That's the whole reason I do this.

FAQ

Questions you might have.

How much does a website cost?

You get a fixed quote up front — no surprises. Tell me what you need, and I'll give you a clear price before any work starts.

How long does it take?

Usually a few weeks, depending on scope. I'll give you a realistic timeline before we begin.

What do I need to prepare?

Very little — your content and a rough sense of what you want. I'll guide the rest in plain language.

Do I really own everything?

Yes. Every site, tool, and account is yours — code and content included. No lock-in, ever.

What happens after launch?

I can keep it running — hosting, updates, backups, and security — through a monthly care plan. See Services above.

Let's talk

Ready to grow
your impact?

I start every conversation the same way — understanding your world before I say anything about mine.

Or email me directly at contact@omarbougma.com

Or message me on WhatsApp at

On our first call, I'll ask:

  • What made you reach out now?
  • What's the hardest part of running this, day to day?
  • What would have to change for this to feel worth it to you?

I'll keep summarizing your world back until you say "that's right." Let "no" stay safe — that's the whole point.

"Lead with the why. The what will take care of itself."
